Employees need to understand the security threats that they face on a day-to-day basis, and without you there to guide them, they likely won’t take action to keep your business safe. Security training is integral to the success of any business model, and it should play a significant role in the onboarding process. You should then supplement this training with frequent phishing tests, team discussions, and further training as needed.
