Tinley Park, Illinois – Monday, November 11, 2013 – Preferred will be traveling to Orlando, FL for IT Nation 2013. IT Nation is an annual event that focuses on helping Managed IT Companies learn new and improved methods of serving their clients.

By attending IT Nation, Preferred will participate in an intensive, 3 day training that covers a wide variety of topics ranging from customer service best practices to the latest and greatest in security software. The largest of its kind, IT Nation gives companies in the IT Service industry a chance to meet with peers, experts, and consultants from around the globe.
