Job Description: As the Billing Assistant you will create and send invoices, keep track of money owed by customers and update records with new payments and new customer information.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Gather, Process, and disburse information related to billing.
  • Create Documents relevant to billing activities.
  • Communicate with relevant parties regarding account and billing issues.

Requirements:

  • Will Train
  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Computer Data Entry Experience Required
  • Strong People Skills
  • Must be able to master all computer software applications necessary to complete billing efficiently.

Hours: This is a part time position.  Hours are flexible.
