Our History

Preferred Communication Systems, Inc. (PCSI) was started June 1st, 1991 by two entrepreneurs, Bill Hayes and Vince Arden.  They understood, long before the convergence of voice and data system, that businesses had a need for a single company to be able to provide support and solutions for both of these critical communication components for every business.

Over the past fifteen years, PCSI has seen growth and success.  We believe that this comes from two key areas: Strong Customer Relationships and a Great Staff Team.

Developing and strengthening customer
relationships is our number one priority. 

We constantly revisit what this looks like as each customer is different and has different needs.

Each member of our team enjoys taking care of our customer’s technology needs.  Because of our staff, we have developed a long list of loyal customers that continually refer us to their friends and business associates.
