HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, download and fax back the entry form from our website - www.preferredsys.com/itbailout. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on May 1st, 2009. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of PCSI. PCSI is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries.
 
PRIZES: There are a total of two (2) prizes to be won. One (1) Grand Prize and
one (1) Runner up prize.
 
The Grand Prize shall have an approximate value of over $25,000.00 consisting of:
  • One (1) year of PCSI Total Network Care support services valued up to ($12,000)
 
The Runner up prize shall have an approximate value of over $5,000.00 consisting of:

 
 
RULES:
 
1. The Non-profit IT Bailout is open to any valid charity or non-profit organization within one of the following counties: Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will or Lake (Indiana). Valid identification must be produced on request. Existing clients of PCSI as of March 1st, 2009, employees of PCSI, its sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this IT Bailout.

2. One entry per organization.


3. Eligible applicants must have the following:

Minimum 15 full time employees
10 or more PCs / Laptops
1 or more Microsoft Windows based file server(s)

4. Fill out the IT Bailout application and fax it back to 708-781-7117
 
5. The IT Bailout sponsors: Preferred Communication Systems, Inc., (PCSI), First Communications, Dell, SonicWALL, Symantec, and MX Logic.
 
6. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

7. The winner(s) do not need to be present when selected by the judges.
 
8. Decisions of the judges are final - no substitutions will be available.
 
9. The organization(s) whose name(s) is selected as being the winner(s) of the specific Grand Prize or Runner up prize authorizes PCSI and the sponsors, the use, without additional compensation of the winning organization, his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of business / organization residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which PCSI or the sponsors deem appropriate.
 
10.In accepting the prize, the winner, acknowledges that PCSI and its sponsors may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
 
11.Winners must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by PCSI acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete rules within a 5 day period. If the winner does not agree with the rules, or does not meet the requirements to be eligible to enter this IT Bailout, the winner will be excluded as a possible prize winner.
 
12.PCSI retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
 
13.This IT Bailout is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
 
14.PCSI reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this IT Bailout at any time without prior notice.
 
15.Approximate value of prizes may vary.
 
16.Grand Prize Winner - must sign a Total Network Care agreement valued up to $12,000.  This agreement will be valid for one full year or for the length of term that the $12,000 covers in Total Network Care services, whichever comes first. For the entire duration of, the Grand Prize Period, one full year from acceptance of the prize, prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be separated and must be accepted as awarded, cash equivalent substitution will not be available. Winner must also agree that in the event additional IT hardware and/or software is needed, such as file servers, network attached storage, computers, laptops, data backup equipment, telephone systems and services, telephone and internet services, Microsoft licensed software, routers, firewalls, network switches, cabling, video surveillance systems and services, or document management solutions and services they will be purchased from PCSI as long as PCSI can provide these products, solutions and services at the same price as other competitive quotes the winner may receive. PCSI may at its discretion decline to offer a competitive quote for such IT hardware and software as needed by the winner.
 
17.Runner Up Winner - must sign a Total Network Care Silver agreement that will be valid for one 30 day term. If the winner decides they wish to continue the services provided by the Total Network Care agreement, they may choose to do so at the rate disclosed in the signed contract. For the entire duration of the Prize period, one full year from acceptance of the prize, prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be separated and must be accepted as awarded, cash equivalent substitution will not be available.
